If this provision is observed for being illegal or unenforceable, then neither Bash will elect to arbitrate any Dispute slipping inside that portion of this provision located to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be made the decision by a courtroom of qualified jurisdiction in the courts mentioned for jurisdiction higher than, as we
